Since 1996 Tim and Mimi have endeavored to work exclusively with small family growers in California who employ sustainable
agricultural practices. With the exception of Bunny Slope Vineyard each vineyard is contracted at 2.5 tons per acre or less
(e.g. ≤ 35 hectoliters per hectare) based on the rendement de base for grand cru vineyards in the Côte
de Nuits as dictated by the Institut National des Appellations d'Origine (INAO).
